Phyllis H. Han, M.D.
Board certified from the American Board of Radiology in 1993, Dr. Han earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from The University of Chicago, Chicago, IL, in 1984. She was on the Dean’s List, 1980-1984, and was the Howmet Scholarship Recipient, Hoosier Scholar, 1980. She received her Medical Doctor degree in 1988 from Indiana University, Indianapolis, IN, in 1988, and was the Dr. Margaret Hatfield Scholarship Recipient in 1986.
Dr. Han’s post-graduate training included her Internship in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University, Evanston Hospital, Evanston, IL 1988-1989, and her residency training from the University of Illinois, Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center, Chicago, IL, 1989-1993.
Dr. Han joined Lake County Radiologists in 1993. She is a member of the Radiologic Society of North America, American College of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, American Medical Association, Illinois State Medical Society, and Illinois Radiologic Society
