Certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology in 2004, Dr. Coury earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1990 from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin; completed the Post-Bachelor Pre-Health Science Program, Loyola University, Chicago, IL in 1994; and received his Doctor of Medicine degree, with honors, from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Chicago, IL, 1999.

His post graduate training included his Internship at the University of Chicago/Weiss Memorial Hospital, Chicago, IL, 2000; Radiology Residency at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL, 2004; Chief Resident at Rush 2003-2004, and Fellowship in MRI Musculoskeletal Radiology, at Northwestern University, 2005.

Dr. Coury is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology, and the Illinois Radiological Society/Chicago. During his medical training, Dr. Coury participated as a research assistant on vascular surgery and internal medicine topics. He was also a Volunteer Tutor, GED Training, Cook County Correctional Facility.
