Certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1994, Dr. Kim earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in 1984, and his Medical Doctor degree in 1988 from the University of Minnesota, College of Medicine, Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Kim received post-graduate Transitional Internship training at the Hennepin County Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN, 1988-1989; and Diagnostic Radiology Residency training at the University of Illinois Hospital, Chicago, IL 1990-1994.
Prior to joining Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville, IL as a Staff Radiologist in 1997, Dr. Kim held Radiologist positions with NE Illinois MRI, Lincolnshire, IL, 1995-1997; Glen Oaks Medical Center, Glendale Heights, IL, 1995-1997; Swedish Covenant Hospital, Chicago, IL, 1994-1995. He also held the position of General Physician, Park Nicollet Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN, 1989-1990.
Dr. Kim is a member of the Radiological Society of North America; Roentgen Ray Society; and American College of Radiology.
